Position Requirements
Caregivers must meet basic identity, transportation, physical, communication, and technology requirements.
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- Car insurance and a driver’s license to be eligible for client transport and travel time
- A second form of ID for I-9 processing and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone with a data plan that allows required mobile apps to be downloaded
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen per company and state standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work with minimal supervision
