Position Requirements

Caregivers must meet basic identity, transportation, physical, communication, and technology requirements.

  • Valid driver’s license or state ID
  • Car insurance and a driver’s license to be eligible for client transport and travel time
  • A second form of ID for I-9 processing and eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Schedule, Pay & Transportation

Schedules depend on caregiver availability and client needs in the area.

Yes. Flexible part-time and full-time positions are available to accommodate both client needs and caregiver availability. Part-time caregivers work less than 30 hours per week, while full-time caregivers work 30 hours or more.
Your schedule depends on your availability and client needs in your area. Senior Solutions aims to schedule recurring shifts within 30 miles or less of your home. Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours, and caregivers can pick up additional shifts through the First Come Self Serve (FCSS) system.
Yes. Direct deposit is required so you receive pay on time every week. You can update direct deposit information through your self-service portal as needed.
Reliable transportation is crucial for timely arrival and departure at shifts. You do not have to own a vehicle, but you must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance to transport clients. Other transportation methods can be used, but they must be dependable.

Smartphone Requirement

A smartphone is essential for all caregiver positions.
